I was purchasing my parent's house. My mortgage application was very complex and came with many different and sometimes difficult hurdles which Matt talked me through and helped me to sort out. I work away from home so most of our contact was via e-mail, text message and phone calls. Matt was brilliant in this regard as I sometimes miss e-mails and he would send me a text to remind me.
